I came across this group of signs and chuckled at the 5 mph, then stopped in my tracks. Slow down. No, really slow down, and I did. Instead of rushing to my next appointment, I paused to reflect: on the transient nature of ripples in water, of water mirroring sky and flowing into foam. With every observation, I felt my center slowing down to earth. I snapped some pics, watched the ducks and got every done on my to-do list while humming the
