Cat Saturday # 10 -- Rags to Riches

Wow, I can't believe we've been doing Cat Saturdays for two months! For those of us who love cats, we can never get enough of our feline friends. I think they deserve to be put on a pedestal and celebrated any chance we get. At The Boomer Muse blog, we do that by featuring a Cat of the Week.

Every cat has a story and this week's Cat of the Week is a rags-to-riches story of a sweet tabby girl named Calypso. She lives happily in Pennyslvania but her early life is a mystery. According to her human mom (who wishes to remain anonymous) Calypso, a stray had holed up in her garage, but the smart kitty wisely showed up at her door one October day in 2004 and the rest is history. Calypso, whose age is unknown, is now a pampered indoor-only kitty who remains a playful kitten at heart. She's not a lap cat but is never more than a few feet away from her devoted mom.

I have some fun new pics of my kitties, Merlin and Coco but since my new computer was installed yesterday, things are not uploading normally. What fresh hell is this? But since when is anything normal in my life? I think I'll go snuggle with the cats now.
