Exploring Duality

I'll be exploring themes of transformation and the nature of duality this week. Some serious and some humorous. This tiny pond behind my house is frozen solid now, but by tomorrow who knows?

    Gorgeous photos of your pond.

Eventually, everything frozen will become lively again, and, eventually, everything living will die.

My first thought was to deny this but you know....
My favorite pictures that I've taken are of sad, thoughtful, contemplative looks on children's faces. Not the ones where they are laughing and seem happy. Those special looks on their young faces just draw me. It is harder to get that look on an adult face but it is possible. Adults hide their feelings from their faces so well.
    Thanks for this thought Layla.

Good Morning Layla, I hope you are feeling well. I love the picture here. Nothing stays the same, even the pond will change again and again depending on the season, the weather, and time.
