I'm a cat person, but the truth is I'm really a 4-legged lover. It's hard to resist the crazy antics of dogs. I wasn't thinking of LOL captions but when I spotted Sugar, a hyperactive Boston Terrier in the city, this is what came to mind. Her mom said she'd never been able to
