Windows of Opportunity
This is the view from my guest room on the third floor. In the summer, it feels like being in a treehouse. The quarter round windows are typical for homes built in this area 100+ years ago. They swing open to the outside and allow great gushes of air in. You'd think I'd like to spend time in this cozy aerie but I hadn't been up here in months, until now. This quote came to me when I saw this image. It's for a few of a couple of friends who are perched at the edge and about to soar. Maybe it applies to you as well.

I did not know that about quarter round windows...Not sure if we have them here...
3rd floor. That is awesome. Our is a finished attic.

I LOVE the perspective of the window photo, Layla! We don't get snow here in our little corner of NorCal... I really like looking at pictures of it, though.
But that's about as close to it as I care to get! LOL!
