The Best Chocolate Bar

Chocolate is my muse while writing. I nibble on small chunks to keep the old grey cells working. The key word is small. As much as I'd love to eat the whole bar in one go, I broke it up into quarters and enjoyed a little over five days. The other reason I wanted to make it last, is the Fazer chocolate from Finland is hard to find. I prefer dark chocolate but the Fazer Blue http://www.fazergroup.com/ is my favorite milk chocolate. It has a creamy tang thanks to a secret formula but more importantly, it reminds me of my Finnish Canadian childhood. The sweet ,silky feel on the roof of my mouth evokes memories both bitter and sweet. A most useful tool when writing a memoir. Leave Proust to his madeleines, I'll stick with chocolate.

I'm a huge chocolate fan. Just love trying all kinds of chocolate and now I'll have to add this Fazer to the list
