Passover With An Asian Flavor
Quote de jour

Compassion is always in fashion, no matter what religion you follow.
I cooked my first Passover seder last night. Normally, I go to other people's homes for the whole shmear. So what does a Pagan non-Jew cook for Passover?Japanese of course. It was surprisingly easy and fun. I devised the shortest Haggadah reading and ritual; just fresh parsley from the garden,( yes already!) dipped in salt water to symbolize the bitter tears of the Jews escaping slavery. There was matzo, (whole wheat this year) and since no meal is complete without chocolate, we had chocolate covered matzo. If you have any left over matzo and want a chuckle, watch this.
