Computer Crash = Happiness
Quote de jour

I didn't mean to post this today. Funny how computer crashes have a way of interfering with plans. Pain is a brilliant teacher but what was the purpose of being computerless for two days? Growing patience, yes. Growing gratitude for all things large and small: like new motherboards(thanks Dell!), new growth in my garden, new photographs of blooming cherry blossoms. So much beauty with every inhalation. So, my blog is late and off track. Cat Saturday may be delayed, maybe everything. What do I know? Not much, except I did escort the first bumble bee from my kitchen back outside. Merlin chased his first rabbit of the season and while gardening this afternoon, I swear I could hear the leaves unfurling their tender green buds. My mother, in her native Finnish tongue called them 'mice ears'. I stroked the tiny new leaves and had to agree, they do resemble liitle mouse ears.

I WAS wondering what happened to you!
Love the tulips. Your mother spoke a wise tongue. 'mice ears.'
We had tree buds today. First time.
Forsythia is trying.
I expect some midnight.
Wabbits. Lovely image of Merlin chasing the wabbit.

Poivre petite! Mine crashed a few weeks ago and it was in the shop for several days. I felt great loss! LOL!

Hey Tinch, you do mean pauvre (poor) and not poivre (pepper) I hope

It should have been "pauvre." "Poor baby!" My French is not good, as you can see! Poivre me black!

Oh yes, pain is the best teacher. The lessons one learns while standing in the darkest corners are the lessons we truly need to get.

I'm here for a visit, Layla. Such beauty!
I don't know about the pain thing, though. Living with it most days, I think I don't want to "learn" any more from it. Enough all ready, I say.
