Cat Saturday # 39 -- Brotherly Love

Quote de jour

Every so often, I choose not one but two cats of the week, because they are inseparable and frankly, too adorable. Meet Rusty and his brother Count Claw who are three-years-old, and take brotherly love to new heights. They live in Chicago with their adoring human mom, Lisa.

News & Mews...
Merlin has fully healed from his sprained foot and is patrolling the grounds with his normal vigilance. His quasi buddy, feral kitty Domino is sporting a spiky look thanks to the monsoon( I'm wondering if I'm living in Mumbai) and enjoying his favorite treat: the oily remains of Italian tuna.

On a rare sunny day both Merlin and Coco enjoyed a catching a few zzz's and rays. They graced me with a few artistic photo ops.

This is my favorite shot of Coco at her least bitchy. Maybe putting on a few pounds has helped her snarky disposition?

Link of the week & Cat Art of the week is combined this week.
I was thrilled to come across a website with fabulous cat art that's affordable. Leslie Newcomber is a gifted artist and cat lover from Oregon who has everything from whimsical prints, light switch covers and t-shirts at Fantasy Cat Art http://www.fantasycatart.com

Until next time, have a purrfectly fine week...

Italian tuna? Oh what a treat. Ours get Gerber Baby Food, Beef and turkey luncheon meat as a treat, but in the past, I did give my kitties oiled tuna, then tuna with water.

Domino is so cute, and Merlin is a handsome devil.

    The bros are so adorable.

Cats are always better in pairs.

Funny about Alexander, Napoleon and Hitler.

Just goes to show that cats rule!

I love your cat quote. I've never seen that one before. Awesome cats are! Just awesome.
Glad to hear that Merlin is better. I feel so bad when the cats are sick. Tigger is sneezing yesterday and today and I am keeping a watch on him.
