Bridges On The Spiritual Path

Quote de jour

After a whirlwind of social obligations in the past few weeks, my soul cried out for some alone time. This is a path is in my favorite neck of the woods (literally and figuratively) where I get some of my best inspiration. I'd complained recently about all the endless rain, but I take it back. The rain had made the nature reserve resemble a lush tropical rainforest. It was like Costa Rica but without spiders the size of Volkswagens .The fresh, saturated air was better than any tonic or spa treatment  and for free. Even a short walk on a woodsy path can propel you forward in the right direction. Just remember to wear waterproof footwear.

Spiders the size of VWs made me chuckle not because it is funny (it is decidedly NOT) but because I saw same in the Yucatan. OOOH Scareee and NOT Halloween Scareeee.Love your time alone. Refreshes like nothing else.

I really love your magical rain forest. I do believe that if I walked there all the spiders that are there would find me an drop on my head. That is my luck on nature walks.

Astoundingly gorgeous, Layla. It reminds me of my childhood spent running through forests and playing in a bubbling creek.

My family had an artesian well for drinking water which was as luscious as this path and scenery you're so fortunate to have for inspiration - and it shows. jc
