The New York subway system is awash in Harry Potter ads including unusual spots like stair risers. I'm not usually a fan of in your face advertising, but when I came across this mega campaign I had to stop and stare. The hot, icy blues spruced up the dilapidated 42nd St. station nicely. The latest Potter film:Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince opens July 15. Here's a clip. It's been ages since I read the book. In my mind, I'd like to think Harry is still the innocent young teen battling evil, but I know it's not true.  Harry and his pals are all grown up and sexy, and doing publicity battle with the hugely popular and sexy vampire series Twilight.





But what about books and reading this week? See last Sunday's edition. I'm still gorging on that orgy of words on paper. Burp.
