Hidden Beauty of Poetry

Quote de jour

I've been reading a lot of poetry lately. It clears the cobwebs from my head. If you haven't looked at a poetry book since high school, you might be pleasantly surprised by what's out there today. I was thrilled to find Got Poetry? today, not only for a mind-boggling array of poetry but a handy rhyming dictionary. http://www.gotpoetry.com

Poetry was and is my favorite of the arts, though I rarely write it anymore.

But yeah, poetry in everything. Dance, love, nature, visual arts, music, the soul, spirit, religion.

    I have to stop blathering.

You do poetry in photography so well.

Yes, there are a few late bloomers which will continue until the first frost.

I love taking pictures of Fall roses at their endtimes. There is something so profound about their beauty dying and knowing that Spring will come again.
    Beautiful shot.
