Mandala Mondays - The Heart of Healing For Late Bloomers

Quote de jour

"Our life is an apprenticeship to the truth that around every circle another can be drawn; that there is no end in nature, but every end is a beginning; that there is always another dawn risen on mid-noon, and under every deep a lower deep opens."

~Ralph Waldo Emerson.

To illustrate those wise words, I'd like to share this last bee of the season from the much photographed dahlia garden. The dahlias got off to a late start this year but an equally late finale. The vibrant colors remind me of the final burst in a firework display.
This week's mandala is dedicated to late bloomers of every species including human.

This week's mandala is a healing one for the heart chakra (the energy center in the heart). It's for a college girl mending her first heartbreak, a man mourning a lost sense of smell, a woman hoping to bloom again at mid-life and anyone who has loved and lost.
Gaze at the center, allow the colors and patterns to envelope you in its healing embrace.
