Unexpected Faith

Does faith really makes all things possible? It can't hurt. I think of it as the high beams that allow us to drive through fog. At times faith pops up to say hello in the most unlikely locations. Behind the barn (it's really a garage now but barn sounds more romantic) are brambles and a fallen tree. Dead leaves swirl around the decaying remains of summer. The last thing I expected to see was new growth, but there it was: a freshly sprouted sprig of leaves reaching towards the sun, oblivious to the season. That's faith. Look around: you just might find faith in an expected location.

When I am in a lot of pain, I believe in Faith. When I am in my regular mode, I am in too much pain to allow for the possibility that Faith helps.
And there is the optimist tranquil mode that I am often in. Nothing perturbs me.
Right now, I am in between a lot of things.
And there are other modes, too.
Am away for the weekend. North of here, mais oui!
