Mandala Mondays -- Resilience
Photo Quote de Jour

A winter cabbage covered in snow last week inspired this flowery mandala of resilience. The lacey edges of the cabbage looked delicate, but they withstood the cold weight of ice and snow. At the core of each of us is a place of resilience. A place of where we can be both strong and delicate. In the midst of writing this, I received three phone calls; all from people feeling like they were falling apart, one physically, one emotionally and one spiritually. Each needed to be guided back to their core where body/mind and spirit lives as one. I'm always humbled by the mirroring lessons the universe gives. I realized I needed to examine where my life isn't working, and to go to my core for healing. Some of that has to to with where I see my online life going: with this blog, my writing website and my new (not yet published intuitive life coaching website). I most enjoy teaching with metaphors of words and images of my photo quote de jour format. There will be pruning to come.
