At 12:47 p.m. EST autumn officially turns to winter. The shortest day of the year heralds the return to light. From here on in the days begin to lengthen with light. You can't see me but I'm doing my happy dance. May you find an abundance of joy this holiday season and do a happy dance of your own. I created this mandala to reflect the growing sun, keys of self-knowledge and the dance of life from every corner. Enjoy a cool Yule!

Hope your day yesterday - weatherwise was not too bad.
So it's been winter for two hours minus a few minutes. Arrived yesterday, as far as most of us can tell. We got a foot. Time for the hot drinks, hot fire, hot everything. Hot cats.
Got a new couch from IKEA. Just arrived.
Living room (all our rooms) v. small.

Your Mandala is beautiful! I love the color scheme. It has such a happy feel to it. This time of year we need that.....
Because where I live, it gets dark at 4:15pm and that's depressing.
