Democratic as a Snowstorm
Photo Quote de Jour

With our driveway as long as Lady Godiva's hair, all I can say is, thank God for snow plows. I'm not dreaming of a white Christmas but a Caribbean turquoise one...

Interesting shot. Is it a ski hill?

Yes, taken at night through an open window on a highway. Brrr.

How true. Snow is democratic; snow plows must be wonderful, never tried them. I don't mind shoveling; but of course, a blue carribean dream is much better. Our house is drafty and I don't like that, so I am in cashmere, scarf, running knits (not running), and I have the heat up.

Gorgeous photo and wonderful quote as usual. I lived in Arizona for seven years and never once missed clouds or snow. The perpetual warmth and sunshine didn't depress me one bit.
