Dancing in the Rain
Photo Quote de Jour
It's inspiration from my photo archive week. I'm working madly on new writing and social media experiments, so I'm trotting out stuff from the vault. I have a veritable Aladdin's cave of photos and collages. I love making them. Call it passion or obsession, but they fly out of my creative factory on speed dial. If you ideas how I monetize them, I'll make one just for you.
You don't have to be Fred Astaire to dance in the rain. Dance anywhere, dance your soul free, and as my fave poet Rumi says,
Dance, when you're broken open.
Dance, if you've torn the bandage off.
Dance in the middle of the fighting.
Dance in your blood.
Dance, when you're perfectly free.

Hi Cat Lady Layla! Pleased to meet you and thanks for visiting my blog...I would be pleased and honored to be the featured link on a Saturday. Love your observations about dancing in the rain--good advice for the Pacific Northwest in particular. That Rumi always knows what to say...

Wow, that photo of the couple in the rain is absolutely magnificent. It speaks.
I don't have any ideas on how to get money from photographs, short of setting up a shop in etsy.com
I've heard of people making money designing things to wear on etsy, but it takes a ton of time.
I think if you can price things right and (a low price) for a print, you could sell a million posters.
