April Fool? You decide

photo quote de jour

It's #4 of the spiritual scavenger hunt  this week. It's April Fool's Day so why not have a little fun? It's boring to be wise all the time. You can learn more from being foolish sometimes. I love to imagine stories from random messages. The photo above was taken at my favorite park. It's of a one-room, stone cabin, a former warming hut for a skating pond on old estate. Someone had drawn graffiti on the plywood covering a broken window. Was it the same person who broke the window? Were they young kids or adults? Was it me? Which of the multiple meanings of STP did they mean? Do you see an owl in the pattern of plywood? Anything else hidden?
Is your story based on jumping to conclusions, your intuition or? Want more clues?

Here is the skating pond which hasn't seen any skating as long as I've been coming here. The door to the warming hut has seen better days, but is it sad and forlorn or a wabi sabi joy? Don't know what wabi sabi is? Go look it up. It's what I love to photograph more than eating chocolate.. And what about those four beer bottles, left neatly on the window sill? Who drank from them? Why didn't they recycle them? Why didn't they break them? What kind of foreign beer is that anyway? What conclusions did you arrive at? Everyone will have a different story colored by their own stories, their experiences of life. Had enough foolishness for one day? Enough questions? Who was it that said,"One fool can ask more questions in a minute than twelve wise men can answer in an hour." That's my quota for questions today.

I can tell you, it wasn't me who drank the beer or left the graffiti, but am curious to try that porter with the tongue-twisting name. It reminds me of my childhood when my mother attempted to boost my poor appetite with medicinal nips of porter, but that's another story. Happy April Fool's Day.

Zwiec is Polish beer.(Pronounced: Ziveeitch). Don't know about the others. I love old areas, areas that are broken down...their dilapidated state leaves more questions than answers.

Layla, I do see your blogs every day; I just don't comment a lot! However, today, if you look at the bottom of the picture, the two stepping stones look like two faces. The one on the left, female in profile, appears to be either kissing the one on the right, man facing forward, or whispering something scandalous into his ear. Look at his popping eyes! Actually, I think she is telling him what she's going to do to him when they get inside the warming hut! LOL!

Well my brain is mush this afternoon so don't have too much to say. One thing is that I cannot believe anyone could like anything better than chocolate. I do like to look for hidden connections. I don't see an owl on the plywood, but an unhappy person or something. Hard to say.
So hope you have a super day.
