Think out of the box (of earth & sky)
Photo quote de jour

I must have ticked off the computer gods in another life. Come to think of it, anything requiring an electric cord is doomed in my hands. Yesterday, the router was on the fritz, the Dyson spewed and didn't suck dust, and don't get me going about the land line. Why am I surprised. This was after all," expect the unexpected" week. I didn't expect to post what I'm posting today, but I hope it works its magic.
So, I get back online this morning to a mountain of emails and want to scream. I get the message. I need an assistant or a vacation or both. How did our lives turn into Waring blenders? When your life spins wildly in all directions, press pause and focus on one thing. It could be the view outside your window, your screen saver, a favorite photo. For me, today, it's the photo of my hotel room from a quieter week, and plugging into my inner light, which requires no electric cord. Have a light and bright weekend!

Now that's what I call a room with a view!

SUCh a beautiful hotel room. Looks Mediterranean. Life is so busy; we tell ourselves wer are happier that way, but when we become busy, we tell ourselves we want to return to the simple things. It will get better.

I certainly sympathize with you on the computer problems. Good thing I am not a strong person, muscle wise, or mine would have been out the window many times. Just to give you a smile, I told a friend of mine to throw his out the window, and he said, it wouldn't do any good, the darn dogs would just bring it back. Anyway, hope things get better. Have a good Sunday

That's funny. Things are okay now but I'm keeping my fingers crossed...

Slow down and enjoy life. It's not only the scenery you miss by going to fast-you also miss the sense of where you are going and why. Eddie Cantor
Layla (Boomer) MY FRIEND, You know this better than I, but guess what? The e mails will get done, and we have no control over technology, at least not people like us, who belong in a long cabin on a mountaintop. And I mean that as a compliment. On BC for no reason and none of my doing my avatar disappeared, now it's back but my head looks like it's five feet long and two feet wide. Technology hates me but I will say it's a mutual feeling.
I so enjoy your blog.
