Expect a Miracle
Photo quote de jour

Years ago someone gave me a business card with nothing on it except for three words printed in violet: Expect a Miracle. I loved the powerful simplicity of those words. What if we could come from a place of confidence instead of fear? I stuck the card on a magnet and it's graced various refrigerators over the years vying for space beside recipes torn from magazines and fridge magnets from my travels. It evokes hope and optimism in times of challenge. There will always be tragedies of earthquakes and oil spills, wars and disease, but humans are as resilient as nature herself, And nature provides little miracles every day. I noticed all the magnolia trees had lost their blooms and turned green, except for one sole survivor. That survivor is you.

Love that saying and where you posted it. I had a flower blooming in November last year I took a photo of it. I just couldn't believer it. I thought it was a miracle too. November and it's just open to the world. I loved it's rebelliousness. It laughed in the face of winter. Came back this year too. A different color.

Yes, and the trick is to keep our eyes open to see them.

If you believe miracle will happen, it will happen to you. Just pray and do your best on everything that you do. May god bless you.

"There will always be tragedies of earthquakes and oil spills, wars and disease, but humans are as resilient as nature herself". So true. That's one thing that's amazing about the human condition.

When things are overwhelming I like to put life in a linear, historical context. We just keep rocking and rolling.
