Do Not Enter and other random thoughts

It's one of those days. Pissy. Even Miss sunny happy pants like me gets them. I misplaced my glasses a few days ago. No biggie, but then I misplaced my spare pair, and now the only thing keeping me from impersonating Helen Keller is my last pair of scratchy contact lenses. For the past two days, I've stayed home in a myopic haze refusing to wear the contacts. I don't need them for reading so I can be on the computer, but it's driving me batty. There must be a Twilight Zone episode which captures how it feels. This seemingly random photo collage will have to do.
I've ordered new lenses but they won't arrive for days. I don't believe in random events. There is a reason for everything and maybe this vision impairment might means, I don't want to see something? I'll meditate on that while I look under the bed for the 27th time. It doesn't help that my house looks like a monkey's food fight in hell. If you have any ideas, let me know.

Sorry you are having such a bad day. You will find the glasses as soon as you get the new ones. They will turn up eventually.
I am going to do a little post tomorrow about your cat Saturday. And I have to agree that the week ends are the slowest time for bloggers. But I am going to put you on the blog hop that they have for animals and a post on my blog. I decided to do it tomorrow since that is when your cat post is happening. So hope it works but all we can do is try.
