Breakfast of Champions

So will it be oatmeal for breakfast or Twinkies? Yogurt, nuts and fresh berries (my favorite) or nothing? Breakfast is supposedly the most important meal of the day. It jumpstarts our day and no machine (even our bodies) can run without fuel. Breakfast has been on my mind since learning my cholesterol is a tad too high and my vitamin D too low. So it's back to oatmeal until the weather warms and then yogurt and berries are fresh as possible. Ah, I miss Florida and their farmer's market...just think, a cup of strawberries is only 50 calories and almost better than chocolate.
