Follow Your Bliss

Photo quote de jour

They say when one door closes, another door opens, but sometimes the doors and windows of our lives appear blocked when they aren't. The blockage or obstacle is our perception in our mind, but in reality, the flow can be as open as the door and windows of this greenhouse without glass. Notice how you feel when you follow your bliss, when you're doing something you enjoy. Notice how the energy flows, how time stops, how right and natural it feels. The idea of following your bliss is more than a new agey saying. It's  very real and physical. It speaks through your body. Listen to it. Every ache or release speaks volumes. Every tense muscle, headache or smile is a barometer of whether you're flowing or not. Bliss or well being begins with awareness. What action will bring you closer your bliss this week?

True, oh yes, so very true. The key is just as you say - follow your bliss!

The sad thing is, most of us are not.

Very true, most of us do not follow our Bliss. That includes me on most occasions. It is one step at a time. Sometimes it is staggering like a drunken sailor on weekend following the general direction but with a lot of awkward side steps and stops along the way. Thank you..

"It speaks through the body." I believe that, too. We make a big mistake by listening to ideas rather than our bodies. All true wisdom comes through the body, through the senses.

It's so simple isn't it? I believe the omnipresent technology blocks some of the innate, sensory wisdom.
